Biography

About Adrienne Lyle

Adrienne’s love of horses started early in life, on her family farm on Whidbey Island, Washington. Originally being introduced to dressage through 3-day Eventing, Adrienne decided to focus solely on dressage in her early teens, and eventually went on to seek training with Debbie McDonald, and has been working with Debbie for the past 12 years now. Career highlights include representing the USA in the 2012 London Olympics and the 2014 World Equestrian Games. Adrienne and the McDonald’s have partnered together to run their training business, “River Grove Equestrian LLC”.

2018

  • Individual and Team  Gold Medalist at the Wellington CDIO Nations Cup, on Salvino
  • First Place Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special at Wellington CDI-W
  • First Place Grand Prix Special Wellington CDI 5-star
  • Multiple top finishes in CDI Grand Prix with Horizon
  • Double wins at national Grand Prix on Harmony’s Duval at Tryon
    • Currently nationally ranked #2 Grand Prix horse in the United States, with Salvino, and selected to go to Europe as part of the USA squad for World Equestrian Games selection

2017

  • Member of Silver medal team at CHIO Aachen, Germany in the Nations Cup competition
  • Reserve national champion Grand Prix horse on Salvino
  • National Champion int-1 horse on Horizon
  • 3rd Place National Int-1 on Harmony’s Duval
    • Multiple wins and top placings at CDI small tour shows in Florida on Horizon and Harmony’s Duval

2016

  • USDF Horse of the Year PSG on Horizon
  •  USEF Developing Horse PSG Champion on Horizon

2014

  • Member of 4th place team USA at World Equestrian Games
