"The bigger the dream, the more important the team". 🥰 🧡 It is an honor to get to be part of such an amazing team of incredible people and this amazing horse. Christian, you make me such a proud coach every day, not because of your successes but because of your commitment and dedication to doing things the right way and becoming a true life-long student of this art. Zen Elite Equestrian Center... not enough words to thank you for your amazing vision, support, and enthusiasm for this sport (this life!) we all love so much. 🙏🏻

We had a great time in Ocala this past week, at the beautiful World Equestrian Center. Hussmanns TopGun completed his qualifying requirements for our national championships with a win in the PSG class with an awesome 76.5%. 💪🏼 ⭐️ Christian and Indian Rock were brilliant on their first schooling trip away from home. It's very exciting to the them start to mesh as a pair and become such a good team together! Quinn and Gremlin put in two super tests in the developing Grand Prix, Katie racked up some wins on Rosebank and Vividus in the 7 year olds and the Grand Prix, as well as Niki on Lombard in the Developing PSG. 🤩 I am very proud of everyone's hard work, and feel very fortunate to be surrounded by such a great barn family. 🥰 ... Well tonight didn't go as we hoped... After a very nice and relaxed warmup, Helix got quite affected by the electric atmosphere and music In the stadium tonight. I tried my best to convince him he could relax but he got tense and we lost all of the length of neck and relaxation we have been working on so hard. While we did have some nice moments, It wasn't until towards the end of the test that he finally started settling and relaxing into the routine. I am sorry we were not able to show off the relaxation and harmony we have been able to achieve at the recent shows, but I am still so proud of Helix for all his efforts that he put in this week as well as during our World Cup qualifying season. 💕 He is a hot and sensitive horse, which is what I love about him, but it can also mean that sometimes the energy boils over and he cannot contain it. Such is life with horses and we will continue to learn from each experience, try to improve our riding and our relationship, and hopefully come out as better horse people on the other side of every situation that doesn't go as planned! 💞 ![]()
